Nicole Smith
Administrative Assistant / Ministry Events Coordinator
Nicole is deeply committed to ministry at NorthShore Christian Church, where she has made significant contributions in various roles, including Administrative Assistant and Event Coordinator. With 24 years of administrative ministry experience, she actively supports the Children’s Ministry, Helping Hands, and the Bistro. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Springfield College, she also brings over 22 years of experience in the human services field, collaborating with agencies to assist families from diverse backgrounds.
Her deepest desire is to pour into God’s people, leading them to Christ and building God’s Kingdom. As a mentor to teens, young adults, and women affected by domestic violence, Nicole empowers her mentees to become productive survivors, equipping them with tools to overcome past trauma. A proud mother of five adult children and grandmother of 12, she cherishes her family and continually strives to make a positive impact in their lives and in the community.
